Refund Policy

At LALEH, your satisfaction is our priority. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return in accordance with the terms below.

Product Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • be in its original condition;
  • be unused and unopened;
  • be returned in its original packaging;
  • be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return request has been approved, we will provide you with detailed return instructions. Products returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive a defective product, a product damaged during transit, or an item different from the one you ordered, please contact us immediately at info@lalehcosmetics.com so that we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • opened or used skincare or cosmetic products;
  • products that have been altered after delivery;
  • Gift Cards;
  • products purchased as part of a special promotion or clearance sale, unless they are defective.

If you are unsure whether your product is eligible for return, please contact us before sending it back.

Exchanges

If you wish to receive a different product, the fastest way is to return the original item in accordance with this Refund Policy and place a new order once your return has been approved.

Right of Withdrawal (European Union)

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without providing any reason, in accordance with applicable European consumer protection legislation.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned in the same condition in which you received it, unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, usually within 10 business days.

Please note that the time required for the refunded amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
